Preforming
	Preforming of nut blanks on the first machine "REMP" of the NUTAP-Combiformer

Finishing
	Finishing of nut blanks on the second machine "KP", "KLP", "KPW" or "KFP" of the NUTAP-Combiformer

Multi-station formers
	Production of nuts and coldformed parts on NUTAP multi-station formers "FP" and "RP"

Tapping
	Thread tapping or thread forming on NUTAP "GA", "MAS" or on SCHUHL "GBR" with overrun or in-out process. Additional process-steps like reaming, boring and brushing can be made on these machines to guarantee the quality of the threads.

Comby assembly
	Assembly of nut-bodies and washers to the Schuhl Comby®-nut on the self designed machines "MN". So to say a connection forever. Furthermore we have the machines "MNR" and "MNQ" on-hand to produce nuts with all-metal or non-metal locking feature.

100%-Control
	Checking of parts for agreed features. An important step to reach the "zero defect" objective. Machines with mechanical, inductive, optoelectronical or digital equipment are at hand to discover divergencies of our nuts or coldformed parts from the specified conditions and to seperate these from the produced lots.

Packaging
	Packing of goods into a great variety of containers. Customer whishes are taken care of.

Dispatch
	The dispatch: Delivery of your goods ex works or shipment with our carrier to your door.

Annealing
	Recrystallisation annealing. Nuts and coldformed parts are being recrystallized to reduce the increase of mechanical strength from coldforming and also allow further forming of the blanks.

Washing, conserving and vibratory grinding
	Preparation of our parts by degreasing, washing and conserving. The vibatory grinding is used for deburring within or at the the end of the nut production.

CNC processing, fitters shop and maintenance
	Tool manufacture, construction of jigs and fixtures on CNC-turning or milling machines. In this department we repair our existing machines and also build new automatics for our special parts.

Eroding, grinding and CNC profiling
	For the production of wear tools and the development of new tool sets the complete machine parc is at our disposal.

Apprenticeship workshop
	The upcoming generation is being trained by ourselves. It is proven that sucessful careers are started here.

Administration
	Our administration planes, controls, phones, surfs, mails, faxes, writes, calculates, checks and arranges for you that all products which leave our house fulfill your quality demands. Thanks to our elaborate process management with Tobit David everything works hand in hand. TÜV attested this to us in writing.
